Created when you use LiveSharer
- Location: sharers' location while they're online, so viewers can find sharers nearby; and the location you choose for a booking. Viewers' location is used to centre the map and is sent to us only to find sharers nearby. We don't save it to your profile.
- Transactions: wallet top-ups, session charges, earnings and payouts.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Other users: the person you book with sees your name and booking details. Viewers see sharers' name, price and approximate area.
- Service providers who process data for us: Google Firebase (sign-in, notifications, crash reports), Stripe (payments and payouts), Agora (live video streaming), Twilio (SMS codes), Resend (email), Google Maps (maps and place search), Amazon Web Services and Neon (hosting and database).
- Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety, including reporting child sexual abuse material.
Some providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the UK–US data bridge, or adequacy regulations.
4. How long we keep it
- Your account: while it's open. When you delete your account we delete your profile, sign-in, wallet, bookings, session and transaction history, blocks and devices straight away. Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Payment records: Stripe keeps its records of card payments and payouts for as long as the law requires, usually 6 years for tax and accounting.
- Safety reports and moderation records: kept after you delete your account, with your account link removed, for up to 2 years, or longer if needed for an investigation or legal claim.
- Sharer location: only your latest location is kept, and it's replaced each time it updates.
- Server logs: up to 90 days. Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes.
