How do I book a live view?
Open the app, pick a sharer on the map or under Online now, tap Request live view, choose the place and what you want to see, then send the request.
The sharer didn't start. Will I be charged?
No. You're only charged for minutes actually streamed. A booking that isn't started within 15 minutes of its scheduled time expires.
How do I cancel?
Open the booking and use the ⋯ menu, then Cancel booking.
Payments
How is the price worked out?
The sharer's price per minute × the minutes streamed, capped at the length you booked.
How do I add money to my wallet?
In the app, go to Account → Wallet and top up by card.
Sharers
How do I get paid?
Go to Account → Set up payouts to connect your bank through Stripe. Earnings from completed sessions appear in your balance, minus the platform fee.
How do I set my price?
Go to Account → Price per minute.
Your account
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account → Manage account → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
